Tess Foley • Co-CEO

Tess Foley started in the industry handling claims for an insurance company in the early/mid 1980s. She continued in various roles, including Vice President of Claims before specializing in the managed care market. Tess utilizes 30 years of knowledge, Senior Management level experience and connections to provide real value to clients and colleagues. Tess is responsible for the corporate governance of Lien On Me, Inc. She maintains efficiency, ensures client satisfaction and assures compliance with State Regulations.  Known for her hands-on approach, she has managed accounts for Public Agencies, TPAs and Private Insured’s.

Goldie Galstjan • co-ceo

Goldie oversees business development, account management and marketing functions at Lien On Me, Inc. Goldie brings over 25 years of experience in the workers compensation industry and 19 years has been in managed care and bill review. She has extensive experience in managing, implementing accounts and developing new business. Prior to Lien On Me, Inc., Goldie held various management and sales roles for Cambridge, Concentra, Hertz Claims Management and David Morse and Associates. Goldie's strong relationships and reputation assures all her clients the best level of service at Lien On Me, Inc. Goldie holds a BA degree in Marketing Management from California State University, Los Angeles.

Ricky Yoingco • Executive DirectoR

Ricky Yoingco has over 25 years experience in workers' compensation claims administration, bill review, lien defense, and negotiations. As Executive Director of Operations, he is responsible for the overall management of Lien On Me, Inc. operations including procedural and technological functions. Ricky works closely with the Director of Bill Review and Director of Lien Defense to develop and implement all internal processes, procedures, and deliver integrated services to our customer base. He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to respond to the ever-changing marketplace while continuously delivering exceptional service.
